My husband and I came here on a Taco Tuesday and ordered the chicken tacos hard shell and really enjoyed them. We shared 4 orders 3 tacos per order $6. We also tried the chicken empanadas, 3 pieces $10 which were really good as well! We shared a pitcher of sangria about 6 cups $25 incl tax. We arrived at 6:15pm and it was kinda empty, but we didn’t mind that. Even though it wasn’t packed, the vibe was still fun. Service was good. Our waitress Wendy spoke English well and the Spanish music did not bother me, it’s a Dominican dominated area, so what do you expect really in regards to another review. We’ll definitely be coming more often since it’s very close to home for us.
It was good. The place wasn't full but is a good place to go with friends and have a conversation. The happy hour menu have something for every taste in terms of drinks and food. The appetizers are full size and it was tasty best part the price is moderate. The staff is attentive and friendly. Overall the place is good.
I do not even know where to begin but here we go first the waitress very rude she acted as if we were there for free second the food was horrible dry and the meat tasted old, fried calamari was not properly fried the bbq chicken wings were cold and tasted as if they were in the freezer for months we also ordered guacamole and chips all the chips came mixed with the guacamole . Third she was very stingy with the utensils she did not even bring us plates even asking her for a specific type of music was a problem giving us attitude for everything and to top it off we ordered 2 rounds of fireball shots and it was during happy hour so they were suppose to be 3-4 dollars each lies she charged them at regular price $9. Never going back waist of time and money 300++ and we left the foodoh and there were roaches!!!
Good service, my food was a tad bit too greasy but it was to be fried so‍ my dad loved his meal looks like an eggplant lasagnia
I made reservations for 12 people to celebrate my daughter’s Sweet 16. The bill came out to be about $840. We all ordered plates with either fish, meat, or both. Everyone that had fish or seafood ended up getting sick. My mother, who is 56, got sick and threw up near the staircase. One of the waiters, I believe her name is Stephanie, was extremely rude and showed absolutely no sympathy towards her. She shoved my mother, who was near the stairs mind you, and she had an attitude and was telling her to leave the restaurant. When I went to the owner to report her, the owner didn’t care because they obviously only care about the money. The staff even had the audacity to tell the security to take me out of the restaurant. The worst restaurant I’ve ever visited, they lack customer service and respect.
Im mad no one in the reviews has not talked about how good of a waitress christiam is i lived in manhattan but currently moved to Connecticut and only visit manhattan to go to this place the food is amazing & i only like going if christiam is the one working with my table he is so energetic & always happy ! This place os great ! The hookah always on point the drinks are great if i can give this place a 10 star i would .
If it was possible to give this establishment zero stars, I would. When I say that this restaurant has provided the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, you probably wouldn’t believe it. The fact that I waited an hour and ten minutes for APPETIZERS... appetizers. The server brought my party the pitcher we ordered and literally disappeared for over an hour. Unbelievable. We had to flag down a hookah guy to ask for our server. There was absolutely no empathy for the lack of service my party was given. I will never return to this place and I highly recommend anyone looking to have a good time with friends or family with quality service to never dine here. I will make sure everyone I know avoids this place. I hope the owner of this restaurant sees this review and makes some changes to the staff or at the very least the culture of this restaurant. It is very disappointing.
Was expecting a way better service this was my second time attending but this time my waitress had an attitude the minute we walked in. Asked nicely for many things but it wasn’t the case with the waitress. Please get people that have a better understanding of other peoples choices. The door guy should’ve been my waitress let’s just say that. Thank you, Gn
This is my third visit sit at Zoe. This is place is one of my favorite the staff members Christian and Maria are great at assisting. The DJ included brings the best vibes to the place.
The service is bar none. The food was amazing and I can't wait to go back.
