Nobody answered the phone and I called 20 minutes before they were supposed to close. It took me 5 minutes to drive up there and sure enough they closed well before 6pm. I mean you're talking alot of money to buy a car, and they can't stay open so I can call about a price. Another bad thing, to make people not want to buy a car, no prices on the stickers. Usually I like to keep my money in my home town, but not if they can't stay at work. You can't post without leaving 1 star or they would get a big 0.

Great service department with fair pricing and prompt repairs. They have a very friendly staff including the technicians.

The one  good thing I can say about this place is that they were open. It took 20 minutes until the parts person came back to his station even though he looked at me twice from across the bay. It took another 10 minutes to look up the part I needed but only with someone else's help.Then he showed me only part of the assembly I requested, and said I'd have to go to the hardware store for the bolts & nuts; a specialty item. I left Zubek & went next door to Auto Care, & they had the complete parts assembly in my hand in less than 10 minutes. And for 4 dollars cheaper. Go to Dean Arbour if you want to buy a car and Complete Auto Care for maintenance. This is not the first time I have had a poor experience with Zubek.
