My husband hired Zulu approx. 3 weeks ago for our move across town, which was supposed to happen today. They were scheduled to arrive at 10 a.m, and it is now 5 p.m and they have yet to arrive. My husband is away for work, and I am here by myself with our two children, which was why we hired movers in the first place instead of completing the move ourselves. He has had to call them almost every hour throughout the day because they keep telling him the team is "en route" AND THEY NEVER SHOW UP.

At 10:30 this morning, said they would be here by noon. No call, no show at noon. When he called, they said team was on the way and would be here between 1-2. Again, no call and no show. At 2:30, the manager told us it would be "closer to 4." At 4:30, you guessed it - no call and no show. When my husband called again, they said they were on the way. YEAH RIGHT. Half an hour later, they said they'll be here around 6 p.m. At this point I seriously doubt anyone will show up, and I'm stuck in a fully packed home with 2 kids on a 90 degree day/evening, no beds, no fans, no AC...everything has been either disassembled, pre-shipped to our new home, or is packed in moving boxes.

Bottom line - if you're thinking of hiring this company for your move, DON'T.
