We ordered this pizza to a park since we wanted to try it and we're out of the delivery zone. We ordered on the website on the way there, and it arrived before we did! I think it was about 11 minutes from order to dinner. The experience was fun, and the pizza was better than expected. Not soggy, maybe a tad salty, but overall enjoyable. The packaging is cool. We will probably eat Zume again.

Zume's delivery and customer service have always been OUTSTANDING, but unfortunately the tastiness of their pies has been highly variable.

I ordered two pies today, and I'd rate them a 2 out of 5 for texture and flavor :(.  Soggy, mushy, floppy, no perceptible sauce at all, felt vastly undercooked.  The toppings themselves are fine... crisp, flavorful, but everything else... not so much :-(.

I hope Zume can get things straightened out.  I applaud the company's innovative approach and am especially delighted by their no-tipping stance (whoa, paying workers a decent wage? Nice!).  And as noted, Zume's delivery and customer service staff have been super-quick, friendly, just all-'round awesome.

But in the end, it's really about the pies.  And most sadly, I plan on throwing out both of the pies I got today and just picking up Safeway's "Open Nature" pizzas for $5 each in their place.

Would give them no star if possible. This is bad pizza. I'm not sure if the crust was bread or a baked tire, chewy.... Nice fresh tomatoes though....

Yummy! Ingredients look quite fresh. Highly recommended. Maybe have more beverage options? Coconut juice would be a healthy choice !!

Ordering - Is simple and easy. Just order online.

Timing - This has to be the fastest pizza to arrive. Never took more than 15-20 minutes, and we ordered from these guys probably 50 times already at this point. 

Food - Notorious F.I.G. was my personal, but it is seasonal so its not around at the moment. The pizza's are fantastic. However, the Wild Buffalo pizza is so salty it had to be thrown out, the Sonrisa is also salty although nowhere close to the Wild Buffalo. This is where they get one star less. 

Customer service - They are very attentive, and strive to correct any issue. 

These guys are my new local favorites. Will be ordering in the future.
