Alternative punk and urban fashion, small store compared to the Buckle and Tilly's while going for their higher prices. I'm not a fan of the concrete style as it seems to be more about large logos and similar quality as any other mall store. Zumiez is not at all a Midwest/Indiana/familiar feel - may be exactly what kids are going for these days. Excellent sales team and manager, although they are young they have the skills of  professionals.   The manager was the primary sales person, he was just a genuinely awesome person. Everyone that entered the store was created immediately, by other sales staff with enthusiasm and the manager went above and beyond to help with my complicated order and store purchase with the buy one get one half off deal.  Thx.  I will be going back, unlike other stores at the mall where the young employees are too busy engaged in conversations with each other to notice that I am there. Often at some other retailers I feel as though I am imposing, and if I am not dressed up and look rich they ignore me.  I am not poor, but do not spend all of my money on my appearance.  Zumiez employees never acted that way to me and never judged me on what they thought I would spend.  I ended up spending almost one hundred on shoes, that other retailers did not get due to lack of sales help.  Zumiez Tipp. mall awesome people and you cannot fake this!!!!
