Theses guys were in front of our driveway so my daughter wasn't able to get out and when she asked the driver to move he said "NO" you have plenty of room to get out!!!!!  I will never use this company because of the way he treated my daughter!

Can't really give them ANY stars! I ordered a container to be delivered to the field on the side of my home,(next to the OTHER TRAILERS)  when the driver got there he said his CEO would not let them drive the truck onto the dirt!?! So my question is why do you give me the option of where I want the conailer to go when I order it and then say you can't take your trucks into the dirt? Today was a COMPLETE waste of time.

I loved their customer service! They really went above and beyond. they were also cheaper than the other box moving companies. I moved from Texas to Utah and never had a problem! LOVE THEM!! will be using them again next time I move!

I've never had such a bad experience with any business i've worked with The initial sales call was pleasant and the experience was fine, no issues or red flags for alarm. After i was sold and setup my drop off date and pick up date is when things started going wrong. I was told i would receive a phone call around 8am in the morning to inform me of when my container was being delivered. It was set to deliver on a friday and i had to be moved out that weekend and my land lord would not allow the container to be left there long term so they had to pick it up the next day on Saturday.I took friday off work expecting my container to be delivered since i was informed it would most likely be dropped off in the morning or afternoon, and i wanted to be there so i can get it packed and ready for pickup on saturday. 8am rolled around waiting for my phone call.. Never received one by 9am. By the time 11:30am rolled around i still did not get a call so i called them. I told them i never got my call and they called the warehouse and told me my container would be dropped off at 5pm. I was not happy about this since that left me with little time to pack it up for Saturday but i couldn't do much about it so i waited till 5 for my container. 6:30 rolled around and i still never received my container, so i called back to find out what was going on. I was on hold for 20 minutes and left my phone number for a call back since no one was picking up. I was told they could do drop offs as late as 11pm so i stayed up till 11pm waiting for my container and it NEVER SHOWED!!. I was really irritated with this so i called first thing saturday morning to find out what is going on and why they didnt drop off my container. They apologized but of course it meant nothing because they really don't care. They said it would be dropped off that day and that they had an issue with a driver. Because of this delay they said they could not pick up the container until TUESDAY when they told me they could have it picked up on the day they were now dropping it off on. Because they had to drop it off on saturday i had to have them keep the container for at least another day since i needed time to load it. I got chewed up by my landlord and was afraid he was going to take it out of my deposit because of something that was out of my control. Finally in late morning my container was dropped off, at that point i started loading it up and got everything packed. to my surprise they came and picked up the container on Monday, but even though they screwed up to begin with i still wasn't very happy. Couple days after the container was picked up i called to schedule a drop off at my house since i was about to close on the house and was able to move in soon. They told me the earliest they could drop off the container was over 2 WEEKS from my move in date. I am now really pissed at this point and the girl i was talking to said she would call the manager to find an earlier date for me and said she emailed them and will email or call me back as soon as she hears from them, she informed it it would only take a couple hours and i would hear back that same day). The next day rolled around and i STILL have not heard from her. i had to call back AGAIN to find out what was going on. At this point they actually seemed motivated to get this solved since i was now calling back in for the 3rd time on this issue. They got ahold of someone and said the earliest they can deliver it was the following Monday. Which was 6 days out. Not much i could do at this point so i had no choice but to wait. During this waiting period i have an empty house im paying for that i can't even live in because all of my belongings and everything to my name was in a container they were holding hostage in a warehouse somewhere in Salt Lake City. After that week they pick it up and ended up charging me over $100 MORE than what they were supposed to charge me.
