The best part of this move was Paige.  She was professional and helpful when things were not going well.  I could outline a great deal about this company's movers but I'll keep is direct and to the point. To move a 1,043 sq foot condo, 1 bedroom, 1 office, 1 living room and a dining room (which I had pre-shrink wrapped a couple of items, everything else was boxed and ready to load) took them from 8:15 - 5:15.  One of the movers even made the comment about they were almost at over time.  The last time I moved (didn't use Fast Mover's) it was from a 2,000 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms, a lot more furniture and once again I had everything ready to go it only took them 3 hours from load to unload. The comment made by the mover regarding OT, is obvious that they took their sweet time to make their hourly wage.  Maybe, they need to be moved to a different pay structure to cut back on the snail passed work effort. This was the most frustrating move of my life.  Paige is a keeper!

I had a positive experience with Fast Movers.  When I first spoke to them about potentially hiring movers it was Paige who helped me and went over rates, fees, etc.  She was extremely friendly and informative and really put me at ease about the whole situation.  She said that I would receive a call 24 hours before our moving date and I literally got a call at 9am the morning before (we were scheduled for 9am the next day) which I was impressed by. The three guys that came to move our furniture were friendly and took good care of my items. Nothing was broken and they stayed to put my bed back together too. The company is definitely not cheap but it was worth the cost. I would recommend Fast Movers!

Billy, Steve, Dustin, and Anthony were wonderful! They were very professional, had great can-do attitudes, and I felt like they were family helping me move. They were so careful with our furniture and our new house. Such nice and overall great guys! I hope we never move again, but if we do, we will definitely use Fast Movers. Thanks for being so great to work with!

I would never hire this moving company ever again.  My girlfriend and I called to have them move the large furniture pieces after we had spent days packing and moving the majority of everything out that took us several days time. We only had 10 more plastic bins and our large furniture pieces that were ready to go for the moving company to move. 

They loaded all the furniture into a 26' foot truck and by the time they were finished with the large furniture pieces they had left out the small containers that could have easily been packed in the truck. 

They claim the small items were not to be loaded because we said we need the furniture moved.  They also claim that the move would have to be packed differently if there are small containers.  But let me go back to the conversation before we hired them. 

When we called they had mentioned the movers can put anything into the truck as long as it is packed.  The movers will not pack your stuff.  So again, they are lying about their service,  they are not efficient and its flat out Bullshit to say that they can't put everything on a 26' foot moving truck. They are extremely unprofessional.  I'd recommend Wasatch Movers any day over this company and you'll save money as well and they have legitimate workers you can trust.  

If there was a way for me to give a ZERO STAR rating I would. Don't waste your time or money. Good luck.

We loved working with this company. They really were unbelievably fast! Also, we talked with Paige through e-mail and on the phone and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. Next time we move we will definitely be using these guys. 5 stars, A+
