My daughter went to this facility following a volleyball injury. When we walked in, there was no one waiting. The room was shabby, with beat-up furniture and floors that needed to be swept, but you go to the places on your limited insurance list. We told the receptionist that she had hurt her hand. She got up and walked away. After standing there for about 5 min., she came back out and told us to sit down. We waited another 5 min. or so before anyone came back. We filled out a very short form and she took our credit card and insurance card. We waited again. Eventually, a woman came out from the back and threw on a short lab jacket, not the kind that is generally worn by physicians, but one worn by a medical student or lab tech. They sent 3 people to take vital signs. The woman in the lab jacket came in. She didn't introduce herself and there was no name tag on her coat. Her outfit was unprofessional and she needed to at least brush her hair. The "medical history" she took consisted of whether she took any medications and if she was generally healthy. No questions about previous relevant history, allergies, etc.We explained how the injury happened, but she wasn't listening. She kept saying that the ball couldn't have much force since it was coming down. Yeah, LOL, it was coming down from a very hard spike, hit by a very strong player. She kept trying to imitate the way that it had happened, but was not even close. As a former registered nurse, I know what a history and exam should look like. She took a very cursory look at the hand and then ordered x-rays. They said it would take a while to "crank up" the machine and figure out the proper settings. It took about 20 min. The x-ray had to be done 4 times and then it was another 20 min. waiting for the "film to develop." Eventually, she came back in and said the x-rays were fine, but we didn't get to see them, which was a first for me. She could see that I wasn't very happy about the way things were going, so she did a couple of more manipulations of the joint and said she was fine, the swelling and bruising were not important. We were not given any paperwork regarding diagnosis, treatment or anything else. We asked for copies of the x-rays, but were told that they didn't have any cds onto which to copy them. They said they would call in a week or so when they had some. When we got home, we called and asked them to fax us a copy of her record from this morning. They promised to send it to us right away, but it has still not come. Now we are going to have to spend more money, which will be substantial, to get another exam by someone else. As a medical professional, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...ever. I wish there was a zero star rating. As a late edit - we did eventually (like a couple of weeks later) get the CD of the x-ray, which contained a virus! Well done.

absolutely the slowest and most incompetent customer service. Doctor uses unnecesarry procedures on female clients, and gives a minimal most general analysis, wall was thin in waiting area and heard detailed patient information from doctor in next room, excessive babble of employees behind counter instead of assisting customers
