For a $5 haircut its not bad. You got to remember these are students and they are learning so they are not going to be as fast as a supercuts or great clips. These cuts usually take twice as long so if your in a rush... ho somewhere else!

Terrible experience!!! You can have a prior appointment set up a week before and you'll still have to wait. My appointment was for 12 an then they called an hour before and changed it to 1. I came around 12:45 for my appointment and they said they had only had 8 students and 12 appointments so it will take awhile. And other students over there working told me that a lot of people canceled their appointment but they were still behind staff!!! I waited so long and kept on asking the receptionist how much like Longer it will take and all she for more than two hours "she's almost done". At last I got fed up waiting for so long and canceled my appointment but they didn't even try and convince me to just get it done . Horrible front desk service. They had students free doing nothing and people were just walking in and the receptionist were letting them get their service while I was sitting for so long. Might be very good price but not worth it at all. I've never been so disappointed and disheartened by a hair salon before.

I travel to many states and am always happy to find an  empire! I don't have to worry about finding someone to do my hair!   The girls do a good job & it doesn't take long!

Teachers are great but there is way too much drama and disgusting situations that happen in the bathroom.

Although the wait is long... the service is great. The young lady that did my daughter's hair did an excellent job for doing her first cut. Remember these are students and we've all started at the bottom, from what I witnessed today many of them will move on to great things. Hats off, keep up the good work!!!
