I'm just giving them a 4 because I just got my truck from them like 2 weeks ago. So far the truck is very reliable and nice. My family of 5 love it. Customer service was acceptable and kind, I would definitely recommend them.

I got a Mercury grand Marquis  the car runs great the only thing was that before I got the car I noticed the window would not go up after I put it down. They told me they fixed it then the same day I picked up the car after the fixed it the window went out again and the doors would not lock . They told me to bringing it up their again. In hopes that hey will fix it for good . Every one is nice and helpful they seem to have good cars with low down payments and not long term lone .

Went to get my title and extra key after payin off the car whe i went in i had a front driverside wheelwell when i was leving i noticed it was gone and ask them what happend when they where taking out the kill switch and they said they dont know what i was talking about i was thinking about getting another car with them in the next couple weeks but now i am not this is for the Douglasville location
