They helped me get a car when I was desperate, had very little money, and credit was lacking. However, the car was stupidly overpriced and the interest rate was insane. The car broke down 4 months after I bought it. It took them a week to fix it and when I finally got it back the door handle was broken.  When I showed it to them, they joked "do you really need that?" Forget getting anyone to help you over the phone.  Hope you like phone tag and automated systems. Fortunately I was able to get a new car and give them their pos back. Unfortunately, thanks to them I'll get a voluntary repo on my credit.

My salesman was Demetree. He was a wonderful salesman , and will definitely get you into a vehicle, even if he has to scam you into one . But nonetheless , you'll be driving out of the dealership. On the other hand, I bought my car 3/03/17. They gave me a temporary tag and told me to wait atleast 30 days to go get my regular tag . I waited 45 . 04/17/2017 was when it expired ...thats the day I went to get my tag ...would you believe , I had been paying $316 a month in car notes for a car that still was not registered to me? I got an extension tag from the tag office . (Doesn't expire until 5/16/2017) I got into a car wreck 05/08/2017 and got a citation for driving with a suspended tag...because my name and was still not on the registration...why did my paper work get sent back from county ??? Questions I still to this day (5/11/2017) have no answers too! My car was totaled out , but on Kelly Blue Book , my car is only worth $9,000 . WHY DO I OWE US AUTO SALES $12,000????? THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND RIP OFFS, & I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM OR EVER GO BACK!!! I will be starting a lawsuit soon if I don't get my answers !!

I heard bad reviews about them. I was referred to them by a guy named james on fb. I kept asking him for the website and he said they didnt have one. 1 lie! Ok so he referred me to demetres at US auto sales. i asked how much a Vw sport was down and he said $1500. When i got there Demetres said i need $1900 down. BUT on the loan agreement it said that my down payment was $2500. So demetres said i could put the $1500 down. And pay the other $400 in 30 days. He said all this just to get me to sign the paperwork. In 30 days they wouldve told me i had to pay $1000 extra because the loan said $2500 down. Smh. They just tried to get me and im glad i caught on to it. They picked me up at the train station. But since i didnt get no car i had to find my own way home. Lets remind you that im 45 mins from the city and the bus stopped running at the time i left. I had to pay someone $40 to come pick me up from there since it was far away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM NO ONE. AND BY LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS IM GLAD I DIDN'T BUY NO CAR 🙌

Ed was very helpful and making sure I got a good car that would last and was affordable. This is a buy here pay here place so people can't get upset with the company for trying to help build someone credit when your credit is not up to part to purchase elsewhere. Any car you will face issues especially with used cars. But overall I'm satisfied and plan on keeping it for a year.
