HORRIBLE COMPANY!  I had the worst experience with the owner, Jon Andio.  I paid them over $18K for a backup generator in May, 2015 - it wasn't installed and operational until mid August, 2015!!  I heard lots of stories from this guy about why, but the real reason is that I paid him up front.

When I spoke with him today, he claimed that the reason he hadn't come out to show me how it works and set it up online AS HE PROMISED TO DO when I purchased it - is that I "bad mouthed him to my neighbors."  Not only isn't that correct (just to the neighbor who gave me this reference), but that doesn't excuse his terrible customer service, false promises and miserable demeanor when speaking with me on the phone.

I'm filing a complaint with the appropriate agencies, this guy couldn't care less about his $18K order from me, just taking my money.
