this place sucks,one of the staff is so Arrogant which is older,another one is so ignorant which is younger.the older one was too arrogant to ask you what service do you want,the younger one was too ignorant to do so. so i have to ask them first,"could you please help me to ... " you never believe this:no one of them did not reply anything !!! even a "wait a second",i took a serious look at them to check if there's any signs to show that they heard me or were able to listen. i still got no respond !!! i decided to wait patiently, after a long time waiting, i left the store.can you imagine that ? you stand there for about 15 minutes and keep trying to communicate with some staff, they just ignore you !!! maybe you ask me"was there crowded?" no,it was not ! there was only one customer waiting for picking up photos.and when i left,the photos was still not ready. i couldn't know how long she wasted over there.never try this one,it's the worst service i've ever seen.
