This place tends to lie. I came in to order a guitar as the people there cut me a deal since my father was one of the people's friend. The deal was for me to wait two days and they will supply me with a tuner and a bag for free and a acoustic guitar at a price lower than the original price. I was willing to wait the time, but as soon as the time came, my smile turned instantly to a frown. The place lied to me, saying that they're currently in progress of making the guitar which will expand the time I have to wait to about a week. It's not a bargain anymore, it's just a trade of time for money; but time IS money. My respect for this place dropped immensely, I have never run into a place that would cut me a deal, but lie...and I didn't even receive one apology from them! There is a very low chance of me coming back again, because who knows, if I buy an instrument from this place, they might lie again.

This shop should be your first stop for all your music items/need, great selection of musical instruments and expert staff members to help you out. No wonder every music teacher recommends this place.

A lot of music things, but I bought an A string for my violin, and it costed me $10.34 with tax!! Too expensive!!

The man I dealt with was snooty and uninformed. He treated me like I didn't know anything about guitars, yet his answers showed that he actually knew very little. He verbally put me down, and told me that I don't know what I'm talking about, and that the brand of guitar I was asking about doesn't exist. That's just crazy. I've seen it before in person at other stores. The store itself is over crowded with crap instruments that they are way over charging for. I don't care much for Guitar Center, but even GC is much better than this place. I will not be back. This place may be ok for people that are just starting out and want to get ripped off for crappy instrument purchases. That's about it.
