Story

1907 Burgers & Brews is a burger joint we believe that every Oklahoman will enjoy. Inspired by Oklahoma's proud history we honor many famous Oklahomans by creating burgers and sandwich's in their names. We are also very proud of our beer selection which includes many local breweries. We care deeply about providing the best service and creating the most comfortable atmosphere for our guests! Whether you are a Sooner, a Cowboy, a Broncho, or a Hurricane we are all Oklahomans and promise you will find friendly smiles and great food waiting for you at 1907!

Nice little place. Good atmosphere and clean. Burgers are usually pretty good. I'm not a big fan of waffle fries, so I won't hold that against them! Sweet tea is always good. Staff attentiveness has improved greatly. They were very friendly on this visit. Not that were unfriendly before, just young and inexperienced.

Our waitress was great and the manager came by to see if we needed anything so service was excellent.
The restaurant was clean and decorated well so ambience was good. The food however was bland . 
We went on Tuesday because Tender Tuesday was posted on my Facebook page and we had never eaten there before. The chicken tenders had zero spice and the fries didn't even have salt on them. 
The need to add a little seasoning to the chicken tenders and maybe add season salt to the tables in shakers for the fries. That would probably turn this from a 3 to a 5 star.

We waited 40 minutes for fried pickles and they were cold, and 52 minutes for 2 hamburgers and fries. Burgers were good, but not 52 minutes good. When we voiced our concerns they she said they are short cools on Sundays. There were hardly any people in there. I told her if that is the case they should let people know that and then allow us to decided on if they want to wait. 52 minutes people awful! Try Tuckers in Norman! A+

Stars based on the food. Great place if looking for a leisure drink and dinner. Wait staff is super slow, even if not very busy inside. No one really there during my visit, but waited 5 minutes to be seated, per the sign to wait to be seated. Then about 15 minutes until food was able to be ordered. Of the 45 minutes there, about 15 was eating, the rest was waiting for wait staff. Food came out quick, but overall service very slow. On part with most other reviews I've seen, so not an abnormal experience it seems.

Great prices! $1.50 domestic draft beers and a nice selection of other brews (bottled or draft).  They also had a $6 Burger/fries deal on Thursdays for even better value.  The service was pretty underwhelming, though.  Our waitress seemed quite 'bored' the whole time and failed to answer any of our questions accurately or quickly.  I hope their other servers are of higher quality.
