I’ve had great experiences buying parts from 1A Auto. In cases were I had to return/exchange a part, they did it quickly. Their DIY videos are also a great resource.

As noted in my original post, I am updating with my recent experience with 1A Auto. I received the part on Monday, Nov. 13. The part was not exact to the original and therefore did not work. I called 1A Auto, and this time around, I had a more pleasant experience and a much more positive outcome. I explained what the issue was with the part, and also reiterated that it arrived in five days instead of the 2 days I had paid for. I was asked to take photos of the part (side by side to the original) and was told that I would be reimbursed 100% for both the shipping and the part. I am happy that I can write a more positive review for this company. First review written on Sunday, Nov. 12- I ordered a blower motor resistor on Wednesday night at 7:30 pm and chose the 2 day shipping, as I needed the part by Saturday. 1A Auto uses UPS for their deliveries; and although Saturday was Veteran's Day, UPS delivers on this holiday. I tracked the order and the part arrived in the UPS store near me on Friday Nov. 10, so I was sure I would get it on time, but I did not receive the part. I checked my email and saw an email from UPS saying that the item is scheduled for delivery on Monday, Nov. 13, five days after I placed my order. The cost of the 2 day delivery was $13.73, which I may as well have flushed down the toilet because this was a wasted charge. I called customer service and was told that 1A Auto has a contract with UPS and that they are contracted to deliver parts on week days only. The customer service rep stated that there is a disclaimer about 2 and next day shipping on their website stating this; and there is . However, I have never come across this issue with any other online merchant in all my years of online shopping. When I see two day shipping, that is what it means to me , and most likely to everyone else who chooses this option; so naturally, one would expect their purchased items to be at their location in 2 days period, not 2 business days. In my opinion, this is a method to milk extra money out of the consumer. I told the rep that I was not happy about having paid for 2 day and receiving my item 5 days later and that I would not be purchasing another item from 1A Auto. She told that that was my option. This shows how little they value their customers. Customer service is everything, so I can see why they are receiving such bad reviews. BUYER BEWARE, as the saying goes. I will be posting another review once I get the part I ordered noting its condition and quality.

After posting my review on October 31, 2017, I was contacted by a member of their Customer Service Team on November 1, 2017. Actually I was very astonished that someone responded. Now that’s great customer service. After speaking with Alex, he resolved my issue/problem to my satisfaction. He was very professional in dealing with this issue. Now that’s 5 Star service!! I now know that 1A Auto will stand behind their products 100%! You have exceed my customer expectations!!! Satisfied Customer I purchased this wheel bearing set 11/3/16 and had them professional installed on 11/30/16. Yesterday October 30, 2017 I had to have the right wheel bearing replaced because it went bad after 12899 miles on this bearing. Installed mileage 112299 on 11/30/16 and replacement mileage125198. Purchased 4 piece ignition coil package on 1/2/17 and one coil went bad 9/25/17. Replaced on 9/26/17. Now I am wondering about the quality of their products! I had given them 2 Stars.

It was good to have the "guaranteed to fit" statement on the website, BUT that's the easy part. Why in the actual hell would you sent an auto part without instructions? There were no how-to videos at all for my make and model.

I was in a vehicle crash last week. The lady that hit me did not have insurance and I am having to buy everything out of pocket. I ordered one of the parts at 4:38pm on Wednesday hoping I would get the part before the hurricane since I live in Florida. Saturday night I hadn't received the part and had to go to a local auto parts store for the part, so I could evacuate my family if need be. I received the part I ordered from 1A Auto this past Wednesday and called to inquire about a return for the part because the extra money would help fix our house and buy food for my children. 1A Auto was very helpful and refunded my money without any other questions asked! This is the best service that I have ever received and is appreciated more than they know!!! Thank you!!!
