I had a really awesome experience at Boch Honda West. Kurtis did an excellent job and was very professional in his conduct. He provided me with all the necessary information. Rebekah which is one of the financial manager worked endlessly to ensure that I was approved for my car loan which I am forever grateful for. The team overall is professional and courteous. Five stars! 😃

While I didn't have a good perception of the Boch name to start, this dealership really is run very differently that it's counterpart down in Norwood and I had a great experience.  Mark Foley was fantastic - very honest, respectful and so incredibly helpful.  He made the process very easy, and I've purchased a lot of cars before and always do my research.  There were no games and it was straight-forward, I truly felt they wanted to work with me.  I would gladly refer friends and family to this dealership, esp. to work with Mark on their next purchase.

Terrible experience. I had emailed a sales associate in advance to set up a time to test drive a car; I arrived at my appointment time but no one even spoke to me until 20 minutes past the appointment time. And then, the sales associate had no knowledge of the car I was interested in. The best part? During the test drive, another sales associate ran over and insisted we get out of the vehicle because a different customer was interested in this specific color and model. Awful service, had to wait for 10-15 minutes at a time for the associate to find a car to test drive, then give us the pricing information, etc.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience bringing in our lease and leaving with another leased car. Our original lease was not due until September and we were only coming in to see what our options might be. We met with Amy and she quickly guided us into our best financial choice. Amy, and the rest of the Boch staff, were very professional and respectful of our needs.
