My entire experience was OUTSTANDING!! From the time we entered the door, the swiftness of check-in, the experience that Dr Lee showed in locating my EXCRUCIATING tooth, ( even though I thought it was the tooth next to it!) and, the swiftness the Oral Surgeon came in and removed the tooth before I thought he had time to START it!  Linda, the Office Manager showed me sincere concern from beginning to end!! I am heading for a Spinal Surgery in less than a week---- but, I will go back to this office again!!

My family members and I have been patients at First Advantage for about a decade.  Recently we had a change with our insurance providers.  I presented the new cards and informed the receptionist of the change.  She collected the cards but seemed uncertain what to do next, and she was  frazzled by the phone ringing, as well as, other waiting patients.  She was alone at the front desk.  It wasn't until AFTER my son and I were done with our routine cleanings, that we were informed of a balance of $166 because First Advantage was not in network with our dental insurance.  We should have been informed BEFORE the services, obviously.  I also communicated my disppointment via their website using their Contact Us form without any response.  This demonstrates total disregard and apathy for my longstanding  patronage.  

Unfortunately, this Clifton Park office has always been slow, understaffed or over booked, inefficient, and at times, incompetent.  Today’s debacle is evidence of this, on top of other incidents in the past such as lack of communication for dental products made, miscommunicated fees, and billing issues.    Last year, it took over 2 months to recieve a mouth guard! I had only stayed on until my last visit in February 2017 because I like our dental hygienist, Sandy.  I am very disappointed by the lack of courtesy, professionalism, and customer service after such a long standing relationship.  I do not recommend this dental practice.

I have to say that Dr. Behlmer is the best dentist I've ever had. Really cares about his patients.

I have nothing but great things to say about this dental office.  From the quality of the dental services they provide to the friendly and competent staff.  Really outstanding.

They do decent work. But to be forced to wait weeks for an appointment is not the way to run a business. In my case over 2 months for the latest one.  If you're too cheap or greedy to get more help, patients won't stick around long. They did good off my mouth for a short time. All good things....
