i only write bad reviews if i notice that it will specifically help other people,  not to complain because i had a bad day or something. as you know, floors of a spray tan booth and room must get wiped down  in between clients for hygiene purposes and also to prevent staining of footwear.  my feet and shoes where stained orange before i even got to the platform  this is really unprofessional.  second,  when i asked for a towel he said it wont come off for 6-8 hours while i sit there naked he stays in room watching me scrub my feet and when i said give me 1 minute he didn't get the hint to leave the room.  obviously he was trying to rush me because his next appointment was early.  basically he is doing back to back spray tans with no wipe down and there is a thick layer of solution in the changing section.  apparently he did not think it important to take the extra step; furthermore he gave me a pair of foot barriers to stick on my feet  which creates unnecessary waste ( instead of wiping down platform in between appointments).  the products on showcase in lobby are dusty and the price stickers look ancient as if they were sitting in a shed or something. ( that's how it looks to me ) for their appointment (even nail salons wipe before next client)   after cleaning 1 foot i look at the other foot and had to scrub this one too.    if he does good art work it's a shame he hasn't got it together with the cleanliness part.  basically i have been spray tanning places where the floors are wiped of solution residue before each client walks in.  lastly  i said im never coming back and he said "good you're not welcome".  with his practices,  i doubt the shop has a long standing future.  its really bad to tell a client opps AND don't worry about it.there's a house rug on the spray platform.  i suggest people ask him to get a slip free wipeable mat like all the other spray tan salons instead because im not going back there to easily get stains .  i don't know if he himself has thought it through enough or just trying to be cheap.  not handled like a professional.   but im from a place where details matter.

Today was the first time I got a spray tan and Dan was most professional, explained in thorough detail what to expect and the after care.  The staff was very welcoming and made you feel very comfortable I will definitely be going back there again.

I want to start with saying that Jenna was a doll, very sociable, WONDERFUL choice to have at the front desk.  
Now about my facial---I was told that it would take approx. 2 hrs. and during my treatment I purchased another service that was offered to be done at this time.  Lyn finally started my facial approx. 15-20 min. after my scheduled appointment and was finished within 40 min. to say nothing of the fact that I was FREEZING the whole time.  I feel that my money was NOT wisely spent and I am VERY disappointed.  I could do a better job in the comfort of my own home and at a 1/16 of the cost.  I would not recommend having a facial by "Incredible skin by Lyn."

My daughter and I have had the light therapy for our faces. The entire staff makes us feel welcome and at ease. The prices were low enough that I was able to look into some of their other treatments, as well. - Dan, the owner, is very comfortable explaining how each of the trements canbenefit you. I will continue visiting and feeling better.
