Well, you wait a long time in the waiting room, then there's more waiting inside, just to get a change in bands for braces, and other services. Also, not really great with braces. I had gotten my braces here, and I had an overbite with crowded teeth. What did they do? They decided not to take out any teeth, and made me wear a head gear. Well, once my two years were up, yes I had straight teeth, but I had gotten an even bigger overbite. Then they tell me that the only option to correct this was to take out teeth and start the process all over again! No way was I going to waste more money on a job they didn't do correctly! So now I'm stuck with my teeth like this, until I can find a good orthodontist to fix my overbite.

My mother arrived at first choice dental with a next day emergency appointment, my mother and I were baffled at how quick and efficient Dr. Kalai was with his work on my mothers' oral care. We are grateful at how attentive both staff and the doctors have been with us. The receptionists' have been very considerate to our needs- they even fitted me in on a same day oral exam.

At first I thought the service was great but that image is gone. First root canal is done on February, now in June I've gone back because of pain and sensitivity, but to them it's normal, if the nerve was killed completely yes I would feel no pain. Second sets appointment calls, in my case was at 12noon, calles that same day says my appointment was 1130 and need to be rescheduled. Call the patient to check if the patient could come in earlier, or if possible to reschedule. Much need for etiquette traing. To the manager/lead seems has experience and patience with certain situations and tries to resolve the situation or concern, much appreciated. She shold call a huddle and give some of these coworkers a training. Emergencies do happen but don't play your patients as fools, especially when it's a family of 5.

I have been coming to this office for a couple of years now and have no complaints. Their staff is awesome and always does their best to accommodate me. Their doctors perform excellent work! I highly recommend this dental office!
