Poor customer service. Took an hour on the phone and four different people to try and get an answer to a question only to be told I had to make an appointment and come in to the office. As I don't live very close to this office, I would rather a phone call. The agent on the phone said she would give my phone number to the proper person, but that I shouldn't expect a call. 

I have problems at other locations as well.  This entire company is a nightmare. Insurance or not, I will never be back. 

And now my appointment has been canceled. If you want payment I suggest you talk to me. 

And yes called the customer service number below. And they were no help at all. This company truly sucks.

This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.

Even after "settling" my account. They are still harassing me for more money. 
I repeat again AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Took forever. Waiting and waiting, no one telling me what was going on. But I really want to start with the appointment setting via phone call. Please get someone that speaks proper English to set appointments. It's not okay to have your patients annoyed by having to repeat everything over and over in order to be understood. I almost hung up. And them reading the sales script when I was just trying to make an appointment for myself, also annoying.  I knew exactly what I needed done before I got there, only to sit around for 3 hours and be told the exact thing I told them. I felt like they were trying to sell me a timeshare by the time it was over.

I've had great experience with the past employees but the recent employees don't know what they are doing. They have bad customer service. I have witnesse them put people on hold and go on their phone. Then turn and talk about personal things with other employees and several minutes later remember that they have someone on hold. They don't know how to solve simple problems and don't know how to work their system. I've been coming here for several years and not once have I had a problem with my medical and when i get there with the new employees, out of no where there's a "issue".

I made an appointment for a cleaning. When I got there, I didn't get called till 45 minutes psssed. They check my teeth and tell me I need deep cleaning (insurance doesn't cover) I said I just want my regular cleaning. They denied my cleaning and made me reschedule for the regular cleaning . I was in there for an hour and a half and got reschuoed. I called to make a complaint and no one knows nothing . I'm very disappointed. Fix how you guys communicate with each other and don't make your customers chase there tails
