This review is in regards to loan officer, Mario Zavala. 
He comes across like a hard worker, but is extremely unprofessional! He also came across as a misogynistic chauvinist and even made unprofessional jokes using bad language. When it came time to closing, he did not submit paperwork on time, and when asked why, he blamed it on "inundation of work" and was very rude to me, but relaxed when my husband got involved. Despite warning our cousins not to use him as their broker, they did anyway. He bad mouthed us to them.. and then did not submit their paperwork on time to lock them in at a 3.75 interest rate. Because he did not submit the paperwork on time, their interest rate is now 4%. Do not use this guy! You will regret it!
