They have very inexperienced people in this branch who assume people are not residents of US without checking or asking. I felt discriminated here. He made strong effort to make me feel that he thought we were doing something fraudulent. Very rude.

Poor! Sat there for 15mins waiting for someone to help me open an account and nothing, nothing at all not even a hello and they weren't even that busy so after 15mins got up and left and took my business else where.

Fantastic bank! I used to go to TD across the street, but joined here with a promotion they were running. The banker had forgotten to include my checks, so he delivered them TO MY DOOR and dropped them off along with his card in case I had any questions. Hands down, best customer service, I go in to make a few deposits now and then and he always gets up form his desk and greets me when I'm at the teller, and it's been over a year ago! I wish I remember his name but he drives a Subaru, totally best banker in the place.

Every time I come to this Chase bank, I always have the nicest experience. Everyone is so polite and always helps me with anything I need!

Good folks... I know it is a huge bank and all but folks over there are respectful, helpful and really nice. I miss the ol Charlie Brown though...
