The place is great, however wen their is a line forget it, your car does not get cleaned off or vacuum properly, go early and tip them great, they will spend time on your car

Worst $27 I’ve spent. The wheels are no cleaned when I specially asked them if it would be. They use rough brittle to clean the car so my brand new car got light scratches. It’s the same as a regular car wash except more money and less cleaning. Never again.

I got the VIP wash set because I have leather in the car and that option displayed it had leather care. Maybe I came at a bad time - I don't know. There is residue left on all the wheels though they were done last, spots on various parts of the car and although they did vacuum I picked up bits of red plastic on the black seats. It seemes like the little scratches on the body of the car got whiter? They are nice people and your car is washed, just sometimes it may not be thorough. For the oil change they do keep a bit of a record on the car you have serviced there. This vehicle is the second one I bring to this place to have light service work done bi-seasonally, the mechanics are pretty cool.

For a hand car wash, they're pretty bad. They use the same mitts to wipe the top and the bottom of the car, contaminating the paint. Other car washes I've been to - the one on stillwell ave (Crystal Clear Hand Car Wash) especially - uses different mitts. The car still had dirt on it after today's wash. One guy was wiping it off and didn't dry it properly. I had to wipe off the dirt spots and dry the car For $17, I dont expect a perfect job, but a decent one would be nice. 

Either go to an auto car wash or pay a bit more at another place.
