Had a massive leak and called 2 thumbs up plumbing. He came on very short notice and fixed the issue right away. He clearly explained what the issue was and how to fix it. He was very professional. If I have any plumbing issues, I would call him in a heartbeat. Cant recommend hi enough

What a bizarre experience! It started with Home Depot referring this company to contact me for a project. I received a text message that simply stated a thank you for my feedback and a request for my address. I thought that was a bit strange. But from the moment I gave them my address things got stranger. After seeing that I live in Garden City, they didn't seem to want to come out. They asked me the age of my home and to send them pictures. But the work I need done can't be pictured. A man called me and seemed very strange. He could clearly hear my voice was female and yet he asked me if I was the Mr. I asked him why the age of my home matters or why he can't come out and look at the three issues I'm having, he just got very evasive. I let him know that another plumber had come and given me over $5,000 estimate, so I have legitimate work. He seemed very uncooperative and uninterested in assisting me. I was explaining a situation I have with a water meter and suddenly he twists it into me saying I had just had a brand new water meter installed. I found that very strange. I said nothing that would have indicated that I had a brand new anything installed.  And once I let him know that I had never said anything like that he got very irritated and started giving me the brush-off letting me know that it didn't sound like I was interested in using his service. I let him know that I found him extremely unprofessional. I told him that I was shocked that he had not introduced himself or his business, and had started communicating with me by asking for my feedback. He just began talking over me and telling me it sounds like he can't help me. His manner was very dismissive and uncooperative. I hung up and almost instantly received a text message thanking me and claiming that he would match any offer that I received, as we discussed. Did we actually have the same conversation? I asked him who he was and what his business was. He completely ignored the question and told me if I had any questions to go ahead and ask. So again I ask who I spoke with and what the name of the business was. I didn't hear anything back. I had to call Home Depot to inform them of the situation and get the information for this business. They took the phone number from his text messages and identified who the man was and who the company was. This was an absolutely shocking experience. It's a shame because I see that other people have had good experiences.

Awesome customer service and found a solution to my drain disaster quickly. He was in and out in half an hour and was friendly every step of the way! Great job
