The experience began just fine as I arrived a few minutes early to complete the paperwork. My appointment time was for 4:40 pm. The tech brought me back to do the initial tests for the doctor. He then brought me into the exam room where he had me read the letters on the board. As he was walking out the door he said the doctor should be in to see me in a few minutes. While I was waiting the tech brought my husband back to wait with me. We sat and waited for 20 minutes. I finally decided to go check with the tech to see if/when the doctor would be in only to find out the doctor had left for the day. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! So much for trying to stay local.

The staff is always polite and helpful. Medical exams are quick and painless - I hate to say 'quick', because I don't feel short-changed. But I didn't feel like they kept me there for the sake of keeping me there (quite often I feel like the goal of the Dr office is to keep you there for one hour minimum, no matter who you visit or what you're there for). Location is perfect. The office is always clean and well lit. And they have a terrific selection of frames. Uh..... what else do you say about going to an Eye Dr Office?

Took my son & I here for eye exams & just had the best customer service. Jessica is so nice & very hospitable when you first come in. I ended up getting glasses for my son & rx sunglasses for myself & Tara could not had made the process any easier. She was wonderful & so knowledgeable. All in all great experience.

I like to recommend 20/20 Image Center in Fountain Hills. Joshua Tilman is the gentleman who does the preliminary eye testing. He is a welcoming, wonderful gentleman and makes the clients feel at ease. I felt very comfortable meeting him and having conversations. He is a true and savvy professional in his field. Tara and Jessica are very friendly with a good sense of humor, and Dr. Peterson is patient with performing the eye exams .He can be proud of his staff. I did already recommend them to others. The visit went very well and I never felt rushed and time was taken to discuss my concerns and options. Very nice facility and staff.
