Update: Not sure what happened to the front desk staff, but there are some that are rude or have attitudes. Dr. Heidi is still amazing but those attitudes really don't make it worth going to them. Shame really cause they were so nice when I first started going here.  

Previous review: I've been going to this location for a couple of years now. And every time I'm amazed at how wonderful everyone is. No matter what I walk in with, I always walk out confident that I just received the best care and analysis. Highly recommended. 
Facilities are clean, well kept, and even with speedy service, you're always given the correct amount of attention.

Never before have I witnessed front desk staff as rude. A true shame. Nobody should be paying their hard earned money at this place. 

A shame because the doctor deserves 5 stars.

The staff is extremely rude and when i came there was only 2 people in front of me waiting but yet the wait was close to 2 hours, when i asked how much longer the wait would be the front staff was so rude. Overall i would never recommend this place to anyone if u need an urgent care place go to costal urgent care. Much cleaner, faster and nicer overall.

The staff was courteous, attentive, and friendly. Dr Heidi was phenomenal. She treated me in a very professional but relaxed manner and made me feel at ease instantly. I wish she were my primary care physician!

I waited 40 minutes for be receptionist to say that she spoke with the doctor and that there was nothing they could do for me. This place wasted my time and frankly, with a doctor not taking the time time to look at a person in need, is ridiculous
