I started with a smaller unit almost 5 years ago and moved it up to a 10x20 almost a year ago.  Some personal items, but mostly revolving furniture pieces that I buy and sell.  Now looking to get a 2nd unit as well.  Have never had an issue with entry into the facility on any day at any time.  The rental property area is kept clean.  As long as you  stay up-to-date with your rental fees, you to should have a pleasant experience.  Office staff is always helpful whether in person or on the phone.

Two-O-Four Self Storage 10445 Blacklick Eastern Rd Pickerington Ohio 43147.  Rented two units for a little over a year.  While moving out saw there was a bad leak in the back roof of one of the units.  As soon as I discovered this I brought back one of the workers for a witness that there was indeed a leak in the roof and she agreed.  I let them know only the items stored in the very back of the unit were damaged to let them know I wasn't about trying to claim things that weren't damaged. They asked for pictures and I sent them.  Then they asked for damage amounts leading me to believe they would be a stand up company and take care of the damage caused by their leaking roof.  It turns out they had no plans of making things right but obviously strung me along.  If I wanted my sentimental items ruined I would have got a tarp and put them in my back yard.  No one pays to knowingly have their stored items ruined through no fault of their own.  Do yourself a favor and find a different storage business.
