I have rented three different units over the course of seven years, but now that I own a house I am not in need of their services anymore. It's bittersweet though because I'll really miss Eric and Ray.  They are always courteous and professional and happy to see you.  They do a wonderful job with upkeep and I always felt like my belongings were safe. Whether you need a storage unit or to rent a U-Haul I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. They are truly the best.

I needed short term storage at a reasonable cost close to where I was staying. I reserved a unit online and planned to go in the next day to complete the paperwork. Just as I was on my way there, Eric followed up with a phone call to ensure I would make it in. He was courteous and professional, and took the time to explain anything to me clearly. I was able to lock in my storage unit and rent a uhaul for my move. The grounds are well maintained, the unit was clean, and I felt good about the security of my belongings.

Eric really hooked it up with the U-Haul! We came in without a reservation and he was all booked up for the day, but he was able to rearrange things and got us on a truck within five minutes of us walking in the door. Plus, he threw in a free dolly cart! I would definitely recommend Life Storage to anyone with moving needs. Thank you, Eric and thank you, Life Storage!

A tad on the pricier side however the facilities are very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

My one suggestion would be clearer signage to discourage people from parking in front of the entrance and exit.. when my boyfriend and I needed to access our unit after office hours, a pick-up truck was parked all the way in front of the exit so that we had to drive over the curb and grass just to get out. There needs to be a better way to prevent this kind of hassle from happening. Thankfully we were in a truck with ample clearance to do this. If we had been in a car we would have been trapped for however long that truck was there unless we could locate the driver.

Facilities and customer service warrant 5 stars. The exit experience is what drops my review down to 4.
