When he showed up he gave an impressive estimate and scheduled the work for Wednesdsy. Wednesday he no showed. They called later that day and rescheduled for the next day. That ended up being a no show so he scheduled for Saturday morning and did a third no show. I ended up calling a more reliable company . Will not use again.

Amazing company! Their prices blow every other plumbing company in Boise out of the water! I was so pleased with their prices, flexibility, knowledge and availability. Their work was perfection. They were willing to help and work me into their schedule every time I called. Chris was an amazing technician so friendly and available. It was such a pleasure working with this company. Don’t use anyone else! Highly recommend using 208.

Terrible company!!! I cannot believe the way they conduct business. I called them back in November because I noticed some water on my floor and thought the worst. It appeared to be coming out from between the slats on my laminate in my kitchen, so I called PLUMBING SOLUTIONS and they sent a young man out to my residence while I was at work. MY wife said he was nice, he took a look at the floor, checked the meter and said we did not have a leak from a pipe, but that our dishwasher was leaking. This took him no longer than 30 mins to tell us we DID NOT have a leak. He called me for my Credit Card # and I gave it to him. They billed me for $185 to tell me I did not have a leak after a maximum of 30 mins. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And right before Christmas. Look, I understand that he came out, and I totally get paying, MAYBE $75 for the time he was there, but to charge someone $185?? That is dishonest in my opinion. I called the billing department and the lady who answered told me she would talk to the owner and get back to me. Of course, I never heard from them again. Talk about a cheap and SLEAZY way to do business. Taking advantage of people should be their slogan!

Called and left a message to have someone contact me to set up an appointment for an estimate. Left my phone number in the message twice. Several days have gone by I have not heard anything.

These people confirmed and then no-showed 4 hour appointment windows on consecutive days. On day 2 I received a call 90 minutes after the window was over. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Give them a call if you want to waste your time and not get your job done.
