I replaced my water heater and as part of it I had the Perfect Plumbing Heating & Air subscription --- today I had my plumbing inspection and tune up for the home that was included.  Thomas was thorough, professional and friendly.  He found several minor issues that were repaired to prevent major issues in the future (that's the best way to maintain).  I felt comfortable trusting him with my home health and loved the service (included hot water heater flush/inspection - all faucets/toilets/fixtures/showers/baths/testing of water hardness etc.)
He was patient and explained in detail what he was doing.  AND he played well with my dog.

The Technician that came was very professional and courteous.  Explained what he was going to be doing.  Asked if there were any questions I had.  We've always been impressed with the quality of work that Perfect Plumbing Heating & Air does.  Will continue to use them for all our plumbing and Air needs.

I have dealt and have been a service partner with A1 Plumbing Perfect Air for years now. I would give them a 6 star rating, all the personnel in the office or the estimators, to the technicians are some of the nicest people you could want to meet. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
I just read what i wrote and more should be said, I'll make this short I was a licensed General Contractor for 20 years "They are the best"

I moved to Boise 10 years ago and have had to deal with  property managers the entire time, thus I have had to deal with different maintenance requests and repairs on certain issues…
 Even though my landlords set up and choose who they go through…  I have personally found recently that Perfect Plumming and Air has been the most professional maintenance business I’ve dealt with in the last 10 years I’ve been here.           
    I was pleasantly surprised when they sent a worker named Alan to my resident,  who was  dressed in a clean and tidy professional work uniform  and was  extremely professional, polite, and communicative about my issue. 
His first and foremost concern was whether or not I would like work matts on my floor before he began to work to protect my carpet from dirt. 
I am very satisfied with this company and when I buy my home I will definitely use them for my maintenance issues.

Mike Thompson was very thorough and efficient. The timeliness of their response to our situation was handled with great precision and personal care.

No detail was overlooked and they really flexed to earn our business - both with price and product.

Susie and all of the staff on the phones showed impeccable customer service and a genuine desire to assist us.
