I have always had a great experience at 212 dental. The staff is courteous and so helpful in keeping or rescheduling appointments, sending text notifications where you can easily reply and speak to someone, and Dr. Maya was amazing, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. I recommend for a cleaning, and exam, plus for the free teeth whitening... but always am one to seek a second opinion if there are multiple cavities or problems! Love 212 dental!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Not only is the free teeth whitening a scam, you could argue the "dentists" working at this place are borderline criminals. Let me explain. I work in the area and probably like many of the people that go here, I received a call with an offer for free teeth whitening if I would do a check-up. It sounded too good to be true, which of course it was. When I did my check-up, the "dentist" that saw me took about 2 minutes to examine my mouth and somehow diagnosed 6 cavities that needed immediate treatment. I was shocked! What made this especially shocking is that I had just done a check-up with my regular dentist about 1 month prior who had diagnosed me with - you guessed it - 0 cavities. I didn't even care about the check-up, I was just there for teeth whitening, but now there I was questioning my existing dentist and worried about the state of my oral hygiene. I decided to get a 3rd opinion. This time I sought the advice of a dentist that came highly recommended by a friend. I first asked this dentist to examine me with no prior knowledge of the diagnosis at 212 Dental Care. I then asked him to examine the specific areas that the "dentist" at 212 had diagnosed with cavities. Guess what? 0 cavities. I was so put off by my experience that I did not even return for the free teeth whitening. My theory? I think 212 gives away whitening by over-prescribing treatment where they can then bill your dental insurance. At best it's fraudulent and at worst they are potentially putting clients through unnecessary pain and suffering. Please avoid this place if you are actually interested in dental care. If you are fine ignoring their advice and you just want the free teeth whitening, then go for it. They deserve a bit of their own medicine.

BEWARE!!!!! Just short of being thieves. I went because of the great reviews the doctors and the clinic had. The support staff is nice and professional however Dr. Green saw me all of 5 minutes and spent the whole time telling me that I had cavities pointing to two small stains on my teeth. Apparently these cavities were not visible on the X-ray and further kept pushing me to get them filled immediately. I felt something was fishy and refused to get it done. While in the the waiting area waiting for my husband to get done with his check-up who by the way got 2 of his “cavities” filled by Dr. Green (without numbing or drilling), Dr. Green came out to see me and to tell what a mistake I was making by not filling my cavities. I refused politely but she was just short of arm twisting me into getting it done. This morning I went to another dentist who took x-rays and confirmed my suspicions of not having any cavities. He said they were just stains. If you dont want to get robbed and have fake fillings, please do not go here.

My experience at 212 Dental Care was great. I did not have a long waiting period and the staff was very attentive and helpful. The Hygienist Shanty provided an extensive dental cleaning and Dr. Jackman was extremely nice and informative when explaining dental procedures. I would recommend their services to anyone seeking dental care.

I've been going to 212 Dental Care for a few years, and I'm happy with their service. I never have to wait long, everyone is very nice, and the quality of care is great. I haven't had any problems with the work they've done for me, and I would recommend them to anyone.
