Expert patient care and on time appointments

I broke a tooth, had to find a new dentist, and went here because it's around the corner from my office and they took my dental insurance. I was given an appointment with Dr. Patel. She was great, professional and took a lot of care to make sure it was done correctly. I had to get a crown and had to go back for several visits. I also wanted a temporary crown until the permanent could get done which was no problem. I was able to make appointments the same day that I called. I highly recommend her. updated: it's been 6 months since my cap. the tooth has been really sensitive the whole time. i'm too busy to make another appointment and get it fixed even though i know i will have to eventually. it was still great service and i accept partial responsibility for not rescheduling.

I also had a bad experience at this dental office. Service was terrible, they wanted to take x-rays of all my teeth on the two visits within 6 months apart. They rescheduled my first appointment for later (bumped up the time of the appointment so I rearranged my schedule, left work early) and then ended up waiting in the office unti the original appointment time while the lady vaccumed around me. For the second appointment which i booked months in advance, they called to cancel twice! I could not make the second rescheduling (I did forget but they never called to remind) and so they said I could not reschedule until I paid a $75 rescheduling fee. I asked to pick up my dental records and I was told I have to pay $75 first. I have since switched to another dentist who is much more professional and service oriented. I am happy now.
