Good food. Not all of it works together well, but the most important parts were good. However, the night started with a 30 minute wait after our reservation. This seemed typical and the staff just ignored us while we waited. It was, in fact, so overbooked they were asking people to move quite often to get tables ready. On top of that, the restaurant was also understaffed (or just inefficient, as everyone was working hard). Even with all of that, the wait might have been fine if they had warned us and asked if we wanted a drink. For the meal, I had the filet and my wife the trout. The filet was cooked perfectly and quite good. The mushrooms that came with it were phenomenal and the green beans were also cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes, however, were flavorless and the mustard that came with it was flat out awful. It was bland and bitter with no hint of mustard. Despite, the meat being good and tender, the meal as a whole did not work. My wife had the trout which was good, but I though it a bit overcooked and could use more flavor. However, the fried capers that came with it were incredible. The ravioli was good as well, but only the one that wasn't pickled (a little bit would have been good, but the pickling was overbearing with this one). Overall, the whole meal was average. Luckily, portions of the food were so good that it elevated it from a massive disappointment.

from entree to dessert, from wine to waiter, everything was perfect. We had a great evening!!

The place used to be a house. So it feels like a house when you are there... Kind of odd. The food was excellent though.

Amazing place with amazing food. Quiet and intimate.The staff was great. We got married in September and had a small, intimate dinner afterwards with just 12 family members. Our server made it very special. Highly recommend
