This gym is small & quaint just like I like it! Everything is always so clean & nicely picked up. The owner is very welcoming & friendly I'm always greeted kindly when I come and go. I was nervous about getting back into a gym but this gym has calmed those nerves, it gives me a positive vibe which I need especially after some of the days I have! Very clean, very nice, 5 stars!

Choosing this gym was one of the best decisions of my life! It contains a huge selection of equipment that is well kept and encouraged to be cleaned before and after use with available cleaners set around the facility, the community is nice but not in your face, and I feel safe surrounded by tactically positioned security cameras, locks, and nice people. I frequently workout after 11pm and I have never felt unsafe. I grew up in Arlington, so I dont casually place my personal belonging in plain sight and out of my reach and I am generally always aware of my surroundings but in all honesty there are no worries at this gym. Also unlike other gyms, I rarely ever feel like I am being judged because most individuals that go there are even-tempered and focused on their own workout. It is a comfortable environment, with great parking, and a fabulous staff. It is worth the drive because it is perfect :).

THIS GYM IS THE BEST! They have just about every piece of equipment under the sun for a full body workout including ropes, platform steps & kettle bells.   Everyone treated me with respect and understanding and are very pleasant. I appreciate the month to month membership. The showers and locker area are always clean. It's a great place to go. Staff is wonderful and always helpful and do everything they can to make your experience a good one. They always greet you with a smile on their face with a hello & that means a lot! They are almost like family!  I enjoy coming here, and would definitely recommend this gym to anyone! Keep up the good work!

Nice place, very clean. It is a friendly neighborhood gym where you can take the whole family. It's a good facility that has all the equipment you need, nice friendly staff and always an awesome place to work out! I give this place 5 stars because it is well deserved!

Good, clean gym - It has all of the basic necessities for weight lifting - The staff here are beyond friendly and helpful - It's a positive environment - If you're new to fitness and are looking to join a gym, this is the best place to start since it's not too intimidating. - Overall, a great place to stay fit.
