Top notch gym. Great, knowledgeable staff and a clean, organized environment for both men and women. A scenic view with a 3/4 mile running trail around the small lake is right out back. Guest passes are cheaper than competitors in the area. A great experience!

Great classes, great vibe, excellent staff and trainers. Been going there for 8 years now. Equipment (spin bikes, machines, cardio...) very dated and the staff does a good job of fixing them when they break; but the "band-aid" approach isn't always the best option and they could use a facelift. Also, the women's locker room has had a leaky faucet, tipsy commode for a while and well, it's just looking a little run down. I don't like posh/spa-like environment and prefer this style of family style/basic gym; but I do expect a clean, well maintained locker room with somewhat (not necessarily brand new) equipment.

The equipment is so out old that Arnold most likely used it. All of the seats move and aren't steady on the machines. The staff is on their phone the entire time. Don't even greet you at the door. The only good part about this gym is that it's cheap and now I understand why it's so cheap. This gym is terrible. As soon a my month of membership is up I'm moving to another gym. (I've only worked out here for a month.)

Great gym feel. Plenty of equipment and ease of signing up or canceling (though you won't want to!) Always fresh clean towels and kept very clean. You can also pick any trainer there and they'll get the job done! 👍
