Story

Welcome to our Reno club in Reno, NV. At our health and fitness center, we believe in changing lives through fitness. Our state-of-the-art facility has just about every feature you could wish for in a gym membership. Our club offers a wide range of group exercise classes, personal training and a wealth of other benefits and features. Whether you plan to lose weight, tone-up, or train for a big event, our club offers a wide variety of gym memberships which you can buy online or in-club.

Needs a lot of updating.  The lockers are falling apart, tile floor cracked in several places, the equipment is old and a lot of the padding is worn out.   Nothing like trying to do leg lifts with a metal bar pressing on ur shins.  In all fairness it's been almost a yr since I used the machines, so I can't say if they have fixed them.  The steam room, sauna, and hot tub are great!

Should have know this was bad place the day after I sign. After signing, met a employee that would help me plan my workout. Just moved to Reno, said I went to planet fitness where I use to live. He said that place is awful terrible gym. Wish I knew the stuff I knew about 24 now. I would say why is it bad. Free wifi, newer and updated equipment, can cancel any time I want, only $10 a month. I really wanted to like this place since I lived in the apartments across the street from them. I would never go back to 24 hour fitness even in another city. My biggest complain is the cancelation and payments. So I guess their one year commitment rolls over to month to month after the first year. No phone call, no email, or mail nothing to tell me my year was over saw a month so call and said I was done never see another charge. Well guess what next month comes along and another charge. Now call the gym again and they said I didn't cancel the membership they can cancel memberships over the phone. They would be nice to know the previous month. Had to call a 800 number just to see if I could at least get the last charge reverse and they said they will look into it. Are you kidding me avoid this gym

Looks like a nice place. I had just moved to town and wanted to try it out but they would not let me use their free pass without a local ID. They offered a 15 dollar day pass instead. Again looks nice but I will never  work out there.

Skyler was helpful in finding someone so I could try out the gym. The equipment is a little old but I’m new and it works fine
