I love my local gym. I just wish it also had hot saunas. Oh, and for the people who use the group exercise room, please leave when a class starts. I almost had to throw down once. Glad I didn't have to, you know, 'cause I love kickboxing. Cheers.

Very relaxed with a family atmosphere.  No distractions...

Good gym but nothing compared to the modern super sport gyms. Equipment is limited and a couple of things were broken on my visit. Dumbell shoulder press was bolted down to the ground and entirely to close to the dumbell rack.
