Great facilities and staff. However it deserves 2 stars due to it's outdated non-standard machiavellic cancellation policies which have lost me $70 due to there being only three ways to cancel your subscription: 1)in person at chuze 2) Send a fax 3) send a mail letter, non of which I have access to or have time to do. I even called twice to cancel yet I couldn't! I finally made it to Chuze to cancel on May 1st, and because my subscription is renewed May 9th, 9 days in advance, I still had to pay for May because it is Chuzes policy that you must cancel 10 days before! It is outrageous to say the least. Beware of this titanic that this subscription will be on your wallet have you not the most disciplined attitude to remember its particular non-standard policy and spend lot's of time worrying about it if you wish to cancel it but can't. Its 2017 and they are still asking to fax or mail in your cancellation. Ridiculous

It sounds like a great deal, but it's not much better than the other chain gyms. Online they advertise as no commitment and easy to sign up. Yet you still spend 30-50 bucks to sign up (depending on if you provide your routine number for automatic monthly payments) and it's a one year commitment. AND you have to pay it again 3 months after signing up...$9.99 per month is not bad at all for just weights and cardio and the services for the upgraded membership are well worth it...my only problem is all the start up fees and contract length, which is what this place advertises it's NOT about :/

Normally I go to the Chuze Fitness in Mission Valley, but because of a scheduled power outage I drove the extra 10 minutes to this location and was pleasantly greeted with the same positive professionalism I've become accustomed to and great equipment. Love Chuze!
