Zero customer service if you want to cancel. Would not cancel my membership even though military orders moved me out of the area. Now trying to collect for over a year of dues, all this after they had been charging me unknowingly for nearly a year after I sent in my military orders and was assured was canceled. 
The ONLY way to cancel is to cancel your credit card apparently because they would not respond to multiple requests to remedy the situation.
Also the childcare is 100% bullcrap. There is never anyone there.

Poor excuse for a gym

Awful since the day they opened here. I hate it. It's always very nasty and dirty. It's too junky. Also, it looks like some dudes gym in a basement, not a public gym. The tanning beds have an old rag to wipe it down with and all the equipment is old. It's always very hot and stuffy. It's been this was for atleast 2 years and I'm never going back. I wish they'd open one in Thunderbolt or atleast close and drop this dump and open one somewhat closer than the one on Mall way. Canceling with them and switching to anytime fitness. Way nicer.
