I really learned a lot. It was more than just a workout, it was a lesson on how to workout too.

Came for a drop in from out of town. Coaches were friendly and informative. Other folks working out were friendly and fun to talk to. The WOD was very difficult and obviously well planned. If I lived in Savannah I'd be a member here.
