Place is clean and staff is nice. Storage containers are in great shape. Prices are very reasonable. Only thing is their hours are limited and closed on Sundays. Would be nice if they were open at 7 and close at 7, and open Sundays would help. Overall a great place though.

This place sucks. Receptionist is friendly. But, Managers are rude and nosy. Price is high for the sizes. Part of 2 other companies, A-all q St., And 32nd Street storage. Very unprofessional people work here.

Very  bad policies and over that rude behavior. My payment was on auto charge.They failed to charge due to whatever reason. They levied delay charge. My credit card was normal and active.  Their reason if they fail to charge that's customer's problem. They will inform you by normal mail after levying charge. They do not know how to use email so will not send emails. Who knows if their machine was  defective or if she knows how to charge it.  It seems they are not aware that technology can fail due to whatever reason. I think it's just a ploy to increase revenue.  Anyway I am leaving it. Join only if you want to be attended by very  illogical and rude people.

Absolutely the worst possible place to store all of your stuff unless you want water damage or have your box's tossed around by the trailers next door if I could give zero stars I would management does not care says it's your problem basically paying to have your stuff ruined
