Very unprofessional! I will never recommend this place to anyone. I travel around the world and needed place to put my stuff for 2 months. I call them to cancel my storage 1 month and they say 2 days before I vacate.i keep calling them and noticing them if my family member can sign they rudely ignore and said no you have to be here at this stupid storage. When I get there to sign my vacate form and they keep harasing me and for my safety i been recording them. I HATE this place. Make sure to read before you sign. Now i will contact the business bureau and I made a police report! So uneducated people just want your money.

Nice people. Always helpful. Give only four stars because there is no 24 hour access. Otherwise would give five!

Way...too...expensive. From the monthly payment and especially, god forbid any late charges it just doesn't seemb like a fair company. Gouging people in every way possible. Not to mention our unit was infested with mice. Both dead and living. Resulting in various items being covered in mice urine and feces.

Me personally I've never rented a storage unit from this facility period based upon the lack of customer service and the area alone I would never rent a storage unit from this facility. The manager is combative and rude but I did buy a storage unit from this facility and there was nearly Thirty to forty dead rats I added a picture and I just wanted to give a heads-up to the people. It looks like there was a leak somewhere in the storage unit itself and I had to pull out nearly forty dead bodies all over the storage. There is numerous storage facilities on that Q Street I would highly recommend a different one

I was here for 3 months and stored some furniture and clothesin their smallest unit. I had to throw away half of my belongings due to rats. Numerous dead ones and a few live ones and enough feces to fill half a 5 gallon bucket.
