I couldn't be happier with the fantastic service provided by 3 Islands GS at my children's birthday! The food was not only delicious but exceeded all expectations. The must-try lemonade was a refreshing hit. The smash burger and chicken tenders were out of this world. The team was not only professional and punctual but also incredibly kind, making the entire experience delightful. I highly recommend 3 Islands GS for any event; they truly go above and beyond to make it special!
Really good food the chicken wings are very tender and flavorful. Even the french fries had so much flavor. The buffalo sauce is good along with the jerk seasoning. Anytime I see their food truck I have to stop!

I had an amazing experience! My food had a very unique, savory, full-flavored taste. The menu options are five-star level. The establishment employees were very friendly & sufficient. My service was very speedy & accurate! I'm excited to go back and try the rest of the menu!

St Louis cut ribs hit the spot. They were tender but still had that bite. Mac and cheese was great. The only take away is being that I am only able to get it limited times because they are not local to me anymore. So if they are around you better jump on it
The chicken Alfredo was amazing! My daughter had the macaroni and cheese and went back for more! Excellent food and service.
Sometimes the stars align!! 3 island G's was 5 star in every aspect!! Greg is wonderful to work with and the food was absolutely out of this world!! He was unable to bring the food truck due to already being booked at another event, but made wings, ribs, pulled pork, brisket and Mac & cheese for us and gave us perfect directions on how to heat them for the graduation party. Everything thing was perfect...everyone had huge compliments for all of the food!! If you have an event in Ohio this summer... 3 Island G's is PHENOMENAL!! Thank you for everything Greg!!!
The brisket was pure melt in your mouth. His st. Louis style ribs, tender, and very flavorful.
