One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to in a long time! As a big fan of Mexican food, I can honestly say this place stands out. First off, the ambiance is vibrant and colorful, reminding me of the authentic restaurants in Mexico. During my visit, there was live mariachi music, which made the experience even more special.  The food was fantastic. My husband and I ordered a molcajete, and we were surprised by the portion size. We ended up taking half of it home. The dish was loaded with shrimp, beef, pork, and chicken, and came with generous sides of beans, rice, tortillas, and guacamole.  The service was friendly, but I would recommend adding more staff on weekends. The restaurant was packed, and while our server did a great job, it would have been nice if he had more time to explain the menu in detail.  Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place.

The best Mexicanrestaurant in South Florida! The service was awesome. The music was awesome. The food was out of this world. “Micaela” our server took great care of us. She recommended our meal and drinks. You’re going to be full and you’re going to have more than enough food to take home for the next day. I totally recommend this restaurant. This place is never going to go out of business. I look forward to my next visit.

The food is great & packed with flavor, sometimes Mexican restaurants have weak rice but here even the rice tasty. As for entertainment, they had a mariachi singer as well as a general singer that played music from all Latin genres. Since our large party was Dominican, the singer hit us with a good number of merengue songs that he let us participate in and sing into the mix from our table. Great experience all around

First time going here. Ended up catching happy hour from 5-7. The Ceviche and Arroz Texano were DELICIOUS, and the $4 Margaritas were fantastic as well. I'll definitely be back!Food: 5/5

I had the combo #4. Taco and tostada and enchilada and sauce were good. Overall, the food was decent and a good value. As good or better than most Mexican restaurants in South Florida.  One thing that you'll want know is gratuity is included in the bill. The gratuity was 18%; usually I give 20% and I give cash when I have it.  This is the only Downtown Hollywood restaurant I'm aware of that does this. And apparently the 18% is applied regardless of party size.

So first the good. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Our waiter was very attentive. And the margaritas were only $4 during Happy Hour. But now the not so good. We felt the  prices were a bit on the steep side for the quality of food. The food was ok but nothing to write home about. And the thermostat must have been set pretty high because it was very uncomfortable. We weren’t sweating but it was close. And be aware, 18% gratuity is included in the check so buyer beware!

Been coming to Orale for years now and their food has consistently been delicious! This is a spot to bring your friends and family, it won’t disappoint.  Let’s start with their everyday happy hour which ends at 7! I love the extended hours, a much more realistic happy hour. The drink list includes a regular margarita and select beers.  Food: we started out with the chorizo dip and guacamole, definitely good choices. Our table ordered shrimp ceviche, steak ranchero and taquitos and everyone was happy with their meal.  As of my review 6/13/23, parking can be hard to get as they are doing construction right outside the restaurant. This means there were 2 small outdoor seating but their usual patio is under renovations. We struggled to find parking a bit but that’s just downtown Hollywood.  As many reviews have stated, an automatic 18% gratuity is added. We tipped a bit extra on top because our waitress was amazing and super attentive. They also work together to make sure your drinks are good and your chip basket is full. Love it here!  Bathroom can use some extra love but it was also a busy night. All in all, a great restaurant!

Worst service I have ever experienced at any restaurant, ever. We arrived, sat down, and my girlfriend had to go to the restroom. While she was gone, I tried to get a server to come to the table. There were three or four of them up at the server’s station, looking at me. I even tried to get their attention a second time, waving my hands in the air. They were still looking at me, at totally ignoring me. Girlfriend got back, and finally someone came over. We didn’t even eat, with that kind of service.  Will never go back.
