Had a great first visit, service was great. Came back to do a return, and they would not accept it because they re-wound the yarn. It was my first time in the store, as a new knitter. The person who offered to rewind the yarn did not mention that it rendered the product non-returnable. So, now I'm stuck with very expensive yarn that I have no use for. 

I love to frequent local businesses, but this was VERY frustrating. I couldn't even exchange it! They really need to let me shoppers know their policies before they offer a service. Other than that, it's a nice, cozy store. The service was very good on my first visit.

I am a brand new cross stitcher and I saw this shop randomly. I thought it would be a wonderful place to learn about my new hobby. But from the moment I walked in, no one spoke to me. No one offered help, no one even made eye contact. There were lots of interesting products on the shelves, and I would’ve loved to talk to someone about them, but no one seemed interested in helping me. I left about ten minutes later, empty-handed and really sad.

I adore 3 Kittens!   Such a relaxing atmosphere and all the employees are so approachable.  Private classes are offered to help even the novice feel competent.
