Went through last week with one of my cars and it looked as if the bumper, hood, and roof wasn’t even touched so I hand washed the car when I got back home so it would look good. For poor job. Contacted through Facebook messenger since no one was answering the phone. Was told would issue a refund a week later still nothing. Received a message on Facebook after calling and talking to a employee that there would be no refund I could come back for a wash. Then when I tried to message the manager back I’m blocked from messaging them. Sorry management. Sorry service. Agree to issue a refund then don’t. Says they open at 8. I tried to go and the gate is locked.  I tried calling and it said voicemail is not set up yet.

Don't ever go to the 3 minute car wash on 123. I paid $20 bucks for the full service in the machine and half the stuff was turned off when I went through. When I asked about it, they had a guy goin around scrubbing tires and called it the full service. Didn't give me the wax, that trifoam soap stuff, that lava wash stuff, or the tire shine.  Just soap water dryer. Then while waiting for the tire shine only guy (still skipping all the other stuff) I noticed all the SCRATCHES  the machine put on my car. When I asked about that,  they said the machine couldn't possibly do that, it wasn't them and there wasn't anything they were going to do about it,  including getting my money back. Damn thing didn't even get the bugs off. Don't waste your time,  gas or money.

DO NOT go here! Horrible service! Their carwash was broken, and they said we could still use the vacuumes. We are there maybe 5 minutes and an hour before they close, they shut the lights and the vacuum off. Really? I will never use this car wash, and neither will ANYONE I come in contact with. So rude!
