Don’t go on a busy Saturday, especially around lunch time. Many of their employees are on lunch and they are busy. They did loan me a rag so I could finish wiping down and drying the exterior of my car before i left. I gave them two stars instead of one because they are friendly. I went to the Haywood Road location. When I got home, I used some spray detailer to finish cleaning my car. I only paid 16.00 for the basic wash, but expected a better job. Some cars got a second vacuum at the wipe down area. I did not. They were clearly too busy for my car. I vacuumed my car properly when I got home. Very rushed and slack job, especially on a really small car. It’s tough for me to recommend them.

Requested interior cleaning and was willing to pay what it takes, since the car needed a real cleaning. The car was only superficially vacuumed. Rugs were not lifted, corners were not touched, outside and dash boards were not waxed, windows remained  dirty. Nothing was waxed except of the tires... The overall response: "lady, we can't work on your car the whole day", another employee: "you should have requested detailing which I actually did.  Its simply not worth $1.

Great customer service, friendly atmosphere. Have a really filthy car? Bring it on up to Nick's! Is the bed of your truck filled with debris? Bring it on up to Nick's! The Wheel Bright is a must after a long road trip. They actually pressure wash the brake dust out of your wheels! They scrub the bugs off of the front of your car before they send it through the actual wash. Management is superb, have a problem? Rene or Chad will fix it quick, fast, and in a hurry!

I've been going to Nick's for many years, every now and then they miss something BUT they are always willing to fix it. Their goal is customer satisfaction and they deliver!
