DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SCRATCHES!!  have the unlimited ultimate monthly pass, yesterday I got a wash and it scratched my right fender three times. It's on top right by the hood so it's not something you'd brush into or rub against. So pissed. I am cancelling the membership AND FINDING A TOUCH FREE CARWASH.

I like this place. They have prewash area and very good vacuum cleaners, and four different wash options with one time purchase or monthly subscription for unlimited car wash.

It was fine. No damage to my Veloster. I didn’t have to talk to anyone. Vacuums were not as strong as I’d hoped. They have air for tires which was helpful for me.

I have used this car wash for years because I like being able to get in and out quickly.  Drive up, pay and go through.  In and out.  Today I was greeted by a young man who asked if I had heard about their unlimited washes program.  I said I had and that I wasn't interested.  Instead of letting me proceed, he moved closer to my car, physically blocking me from driving forward and proceeded with his sales pitch.  In my no-BS, teacher voice, I asked him if he was going to move back and let me pay or not. He accused me of getting "hostile" and continued trying to sell me a product I had made clear I didn't want.  I said forget it and backed up while he yelled after me, "Your loss!"  No, dear.  It is not my loss.  It is your franchise owner's loss.  Car washes are a dime a dozen, and I won't be coming back to this one.

Just bought a 2011 g37s and the guy selling just had it painted. Took it through the wash one time and what i was left with was chips to my paint all over the car to the primer in some spots and scratches everywhere. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR OR YOUR PAINT JOB. I wish there was a negative star option that's how displeased i am with my service now I will have to spend money getting my car repainted because "There was nothing they could do for me". Again this place should be avoided at all costs!!!
