Such a fantastic place to go. The staff is not only incredibly friendly and polite, but they also go the extra mile to take great care of your car regardless of which package you get. The best in Knoxville!

My inside windshield was dirty, my back windshield was half cleaned.  My right mirror on the driver's side was half cleaned.  I noticed that while I was driving.  The people were friendly but need more training.  AND there were two guys trying to clean the car and did a poor job on the inside windshields.

I bought a brand new car at the beginning of September. I took it to Synergy to get it cleaned, but mainly to get it waxed before the nasty weather hits. The next morning, I found several scratches on the interior rear paneling of my car. I called and they told me to stop by. I saw Jerry, the manager. He told me there’s NO WAY that they caused it. Well considering my car had less than 500 miles and was completely empty and I’m the only one that has access I find that hard to believe. He says he’ll check the cameras to see and call me.  So I wait. Over a WEEK. 9 days to be exact. I finally call him and he says oh well the camera guy is coming to check the footage that day. He only comes on Mondays. Well that’s interesting because one Monday had already passed, but okay. So I get a call Tuesday and what do you know, it wasn’t their fault at all! Honestly the most unprofessional and lax place I’ve seen. If you don’t mind your car getting randomly scratched then I would recommend. But don’t expect them to take accountability.

My SUV looks great inside and out. I got the Presidential and added seat conditioning to the package. We dropped off our vehicle at 8am, and it was done at about 4:30pm. Though, if it had been busier pickup could have been 6pm. So, plan accordingly.  For the value, I am happy.
